A guided Stage 1 enquiry captures contact details, matter context, urgency and the information needed for initial review.
Structured intake, payments, assignment and case progression. A clearer route from first enquiry to active matter.

Legal Vault reduces the gap between “someone contacted the firm” and “we have enough structured information to decide what happens next.”
A guided Stage 1 enquiry captures contact details, matter context, urgency and the information needed for initial review.
Approved enquiries can progress to matter-specific questionnaires, consent and document collection without relying on loose email threads.
Completed records enter an encrypted staff workspace with role-based access, assignment, PDF/export controls and audit review.
Step into the client-facing side of Legal Vault. Use representative details to see how an enquiry is framed, what the client is asked, and how information begins to take shape before it reaches the practice.
Legal Vault does not replace legal judgement or the practice management system. It gives the firm a structured layer across client intake, payments, assignment, progression and oversight so the legal team can work from clearer information and a more visible workflow.
Ask for the right information in a controlled sequence instead of repeatedly reconstructing a matter from calls and emails.
Reception, intake, case handlers, supervising solicitors and auditors can be given different levels of repository access.
The client-facing and staff-facing Vault can carry the solicitor firm’s identity while the underlying application stays consistent.
Live firms are intended to receive their own isolated Vault environment rather than sharing one repository with unrelated practices.
Payment and enquiry records can be assigned to an authorised staff member and progressed through clear stages from review to active matter and closure.
Revenue, payment status, case stage, assignment and exceptions can be surfaced in a supervising view, reducing the need to reconstruct status from separate systems.
Move from the client-facing experience into the controlled practice workflow: structured information, routing, repository access and staff handling.
Selected consultations and fixed-fee services can be configured as payment-enabled or enquiry-first. The firm remains in control of pricing, scope, acceptance and engagement procedures.
The public demo uses Stripe test mode and representative information only. A live deployment is configured to the individual firm.
The secure Vault is deliberately separate from the public marketing site. Production firms are intended to have dedicated environments, while central Control Tower services manage operational entitlement rather than legal client content.
A solicitor practice can be assigned the demonstration environment for an agreed trial period. We configure the firm identity, authorised users and relevant workflow, then reset and sanitise the demo when the trial is complete.
Firm branding, authorised staff and trial entitlement are configured for the demonstration.
Use representative test scenarios to experience intake, questionnaires, staff verification and repository handling.
If the firm proceeds, the live system is deployed separately rather than converting the shared demonstration environment into production.
Implementation and ongoing support depend on practice size, authorised users, workflow requirements, training, customisation and the level of managed technical care required.
Pricing reflects the size of the practice, number of authorised users, implementation requirements, support level, training requirements and any additional customisation or integrations. Indicative packages are available, with final scope agreed before deployment.
Implementation can include firm branding, workflow configuration, forms and questionnaires, staff roles, service and payment setup, assignment rules, case-stage configuration, policy configuration, testing, onboarding and launch support.
Yes. Smaller practices usually need fewer seats and a simpler configuration, while larger firms may require more users, departments, workflows, forms, reporting and support.
Training can be included at implementation and extended according to package. It can cover administrators, solicitors, intake staff, refresher sessions and new-starter onboarding.
Support can range from standard email assistance to priority support, agreed response times, scheduled reviews and a named account contact, depending on the selected package.
Yes. Branding, terminology, forms, workflow stages, service catalogue, payment journeys, internal roles and selected integrations can be configured around the firm.
They can be. Managed plans can include WordPress core and plugin updates, Legal Vault upgrades, compatibility testing, backups, monitoring, security hardening and recovery support.
Yes. Legal Vault can be supplied with managed hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring and technical maintenance, or deployed into an agreed existing environment.
Yes. Selected services can be configured as payment-enabled or enquiry-first. Payment can form part of the intake process, but the legal practice remains responsible for service scope, pricing, client acceptance, costs information and engagement procedures.
Not automatically. A live firm can keep acceptance subject to its own conflict checks, identity or anti-money-laundering checks, scope, capacity, jurisdiction and engagement procedures.
Yes. The current Services & Payments workflow can assign a payment or enquiry record to an authorised user and track its progression through review, ready to assign, assigned, engaged, active matter and closed stages. Full automatic synchronisation with every Staff Vault record is a separate integration step.
This is part of the next operational layer being added to Legal Vault. The intended model is a weekly synopsis for each assigned solicitor covering new matters, items needing attention, waiting-on-client cases, payment and engagement status, next actions and matters closed during the week. Supervising solicitors can receive a practice-wide overview.
No. Legal Vault is designed as a structured operating layer around client engagement, intake, payments, assignment, progression and oversight. It can complement an existing practice management or accounting system rather than trying to replace every function of one.
Yes. Users, forms, workflows, services, integrations, training, support levels and managed hosting can be expanded as the practice grows.
Yes. Explore the controlled demonstration first, then request a guided 7-day trial if you want to evaluate the workflow in a more realistic practice setting.
